At AfriTrove, we’re committed to delivering quality products at the best possible prices. Since most of our items are sourced from overseas suppliers, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:

Change of mind
Wrong size or color ordered
No longer wanting the product

When Refunds or Replacements Apply

You are eligible for a refund or replacement only if:

Your order arrives damaged
You receive the wrong item
The item is defective or not as described

Refund Process

Once your claim is verified, we’ll process a refund or send a replacement (subject to product availability).
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via your original payment method or store credit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
