• Vendors must ensure timely dispatch and accurate tracking.

• Buyers must provide accurate delivery addresses.

AfriTrove is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or incorrect buyer information.

9. Returns & Refunds

• Buyers may request returns based on vendor policy or if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and verified.

• Shipping costs for returns may be covered based on circumstances.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on AfriTrove (logos, images, product designs, text, etc.) is owned by AfriTrove or its content providers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
