Ordering

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to provide your delivery details and complete payment securely via Paystack.

Q: Do I need an account to order?
A: You can check out as a guest, but creating an account helps you track your orders, save your address, and access exclusive deals.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and USSD payments through Paystack.

Q: Is my payment information safe?
A: Yes ✅ All transactions are processed securely through Paystack. We do not store your card details on our servers.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery time varies depending on the product:

  • Local items (within Nigeria): 2–7 business days.

  • Overseas/Imported items: 10–25 business days.

Q: How much is delivery?
A: Shipping costs depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Some products may qualify for free shipping.

Q: Do you deliver nationwide?
A: Yes, we deliver across Nigeria.

Q: Can I return an item if I change my mind?
A: Unfortunately, no. Since many of our products come from overseas suppliers, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or color preference.

Q: When can I request a refund or replacement?
A: Refunds or replacements are only available if your item:

  • Arrives damaged,

  • Is defective, or

  • You received the wrong item.

Q: How do I request a refund?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. If approved, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via Paystack or as store credit.

Vendor FAQs

How do I become a vendor?

To become a vendor, simply go to our Vendor Registration page, fill out the form, and submit your details. Once approved, you can start listing your products.

AfriTrove currently offers free vendor registration. However, a small commission may be charged per sale depending on the category. We’ll inform you of the rate during onboarding.

Once you’re registered and logged in, go to your Vendor Dashboard, click on “Products”, then select “Add New Product.” Fill in the product details, upload images, set your price, and publish your listing.

Currently, AfriTrove handles the delivery. Once a customer places an order, we’ll pick up the product from you and deliver it. Our goal is to pay you upfront when we collect the product. If the customer is unavailable or refuses the order, we’ll return the product to you, and you’ll refund the amount we paid.

AfriTrove takes care of all shipping and delivery. Once an order is placed, we’ll contact you, pick up the product, and deliver it to the customer. You don’t have to worry about logistics — we handle that part for you.

At the moment, AfriTrove handles all customer communication and order delivery. As a vendor, you will be notified when a product is ordered, and we’ll take care of the rest — from pickup to delivery. This allows you to focus on listing quality products while we manage the logistics.

Vendors can sell genuine, legal products in categories such as electronics, fashion, beauty, home goods, and more. AfriTrove reserves the right to review or reject listings that violate our policies.

Yes! You can create discounts or coupon codes through your dashboard to boost sales.
